What you'll do?

• Safety Analysis: Conduct FMEA, FTA, DFA, FMEDA, TARA & HARA to identify and mitigate potential risks.
• Technical Safety Concept: Develop and document safety architecture aligned with system requirements.
• Safety Plan: Define safety activities, timelines, and responsibilities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Impact Analysis: Assess changes for their impact on safety goals and compliance.
• Safety Case: Compile structured evidence to demonstrate compliance with safety standards.
• DIA (Development Interface Agreement): Establish clear responsibilities between safety-related development teams.
• Confirmation Measures: Execute reviews, audits, and assessments to validate safety compliance.
• Lead and manage safety activities throughout the project lifecycle in alignment with ISO 26262 and relevant standards.
• Support development teams in implementing safety-related tasks and ensuring compliance.
• Manage and maintain safety requirements using a requirements management tool.
• Ensure complete traceability from system-level safety requirements down to hardware and software components.
• Support internal and external audits and assessments related to functional safety.
• Customer visits for Audits and meetings.
• Safety requirements elicitation.
• Safety testcase elicitation & Testing with support.

What you'll bring?

• Hands-on experience in safety analysis techniques such as FMEA (Failure Modes and Effects Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), and DFA (Dependent Failure Analysis) across system, software, and hardware domains.
• Hands on experience in Impact Analysis, Safety Cases, Safety Plan
• Calculate the hardware Architecture Metrics (SPFM & LFM) by the mean of FMEDA, in alignment with ISO 26262 standards.
• Understanding of safety-critical automotive embedded systems
• Willingness to contribute across all phases of the functional safety lifecycle.
• Skilled in interfacing with cross-functional teams to coordinate safety-related activities.
• Capable of preparing and presenting project safety status reports for regular reviews.
• Experience in conducting and supporting safety audits and assessments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving abilities.
