What you'll do?

Strategic V&V Leadership / Mentorship

• Define and execute Verification & Validation strategies for embedded systems.

• Ensure compliance with ISO/IEEE standards and project goals.

• Perform risk and criticality analysis to guide V&V efforts.

Requirements & Traceability

• Lead requirement analysis and maintain traceability matrices.

• Ensure complete coverage from requirements to test cases and defects.

• Participate in requirement reviews and ensure alignment with safety standards.

Test Planning & Execution

• Create and manage test plans/specifications for manual and automated testing.

• Oversee test execution cycles and regression coverage.

• Analyze test reports and ensure KPI compliance.

• Deriving test strategy and mitigation plans

Automation & Tool Integration

• Architect automation frameworks using Python and CAPL.

• Integrate automated test suites into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation.

Defect Management & Analysis

• Lead issue triaging and root cause analysis.

• Ensure effective defect tracking and resolution using tools like JIRA and Codebeamer.

Safety & Cybersecurity Compliance

• Guide functional safety verification (ISO 26262).

• Oversee cybersecurity testing (ISO/SAE 21434).

• Support audits with documentation and compliance evidence.

Configuration & Change Management

• Manage version-controlled artifacts and software baselines.

• Ensure robust configuration management practices.

Project Oversight

• Plan and prioritize deliverables across multiple projects.

• Mitigate risks and ensure timely, high-quality outputs.

• Maintain project documentation and audit readiness.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (architects, developers, QA).

• Conduct design reviews and change impact analysis.

• Engage with customers and support vehicle testing on-site when needed.

What will you bring?

Technical Excellence

• Deep expertise in embedded systems, with hands-on experience in UDS, SPI, CAN, and CAN-FD protocols.

• Proficient in Vector tools like CANalyzer, CANoe, and CANStress for diagnostics and simulation.

Strategic Thinking & Mentorship

• Proven ability to lead V&V activities, ensuring alignment with ISO/IEEE standards and project goals.

• Experience in functional safety (ISO 26262) and cybersecurity (ISO/SAE 21434) compliance.

Automation & Innovation

• Developed and maintained Python and CAPL scripts for test automation in HIL/SIL environments.
