What will you do?
Microsoft 365 Tenant & Platform Management
Administer, configure, and optimize the Microsoft 365 tenant with a strong focus on security, stability, and performance
Ensure proper configuration and governance of tenant-wide settings, policies, and access controls
Implement and maintain security configurations, including Microsoft Defender and mail security policies
Exchange Online & Hybrid Environment
Support and maintain Exchange infrastructure in a hybrid environment
Ensure stable mail flow and handle configurations related to SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP relay, and certificate renewals
Perform regular health checks, updates, and optimizations to ensure uninterrupted email services
Collaboration & Productivity Tools
Support Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint from an application and configuration perspective
Manage SharePoint site configurations, security policies, and ongoing maintenance activities
Support Power Platform solutions, primarily Power Automate and Power Apps
Assist with configuration and support of third-party and line-of-business applications such as CrushFTP
Automation & Scripting
Create, modify, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks and improve operational efficiency
Support & Operations
Provide 2nd and 3rd level support by resolving incidents, service requests, and implementing approved changes
Monitor and manage SLAs and OLAs using defined KPIs to ensure service quality
Utilize ITSM tools (ServiceNow) to manage incidents, changes, configurations, and service requests
Service Management & Continuous Improvement
Apply ITIL-based service management processes including Change, Configuration, Asset, Knowledge, Capacity, Event, Availability, and Service Continuity Management
Contribute to service reporting and continuous service improvement initiatives
Identify synergies, best practices, and process optimization opportunities
Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Work closely with business stakeholders and global IT teams to improve service delivery and resolve incidents
Take ownership of assigned global projects or act as a process owner where required
Support budget control activities and reporting related to service operations
What will you bring?
Technical Skills & Experience
Strong experience administering Microsoft 365 and Office 365 services
Solid understanding of Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
Hands-on experience with PowerShell scripting (medium level)
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps)
Good understanding of email security concepts including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, and Defender policies
Familiarity with SharePoint security, site configuration, and governance (SPFx knowledge is a plus)
Service Management & Tools
Working knowledge of ITIL principles (ITIL Foundation preferred)
Experience using ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Ability to monitor, report, and improve service performance using KPIs
Professional & Soft Skills
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with a proactive mindset
Ability to document configurations, processes, and technical decisions clearly
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and business teams
Capability to work independently, take ownership, and handle multiple priorities effectively
Experience supporting global users and participating in cross-functional projects
Preferred Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree (BE / BTech / ME / MTech) in Engineering
