What you'll do?

• Develop and execute global sourcing and category strategies for IT spend, including software, hardware, cloud, telecommunications, and IT services.

• Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including supplier selection, RFx management, commercial negotiations, and contract execution.

• Build and manage strategic supplier relationships to drive performance, innovation, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.

• Partner with stakeholders across North America, EMEA, and APAC to understand business needs and deliver scalable procurement solutions.

• Identify opportunities for cost optimization, supplier consolidation, demand management, and value creation.

• Leverage spend analytics, market intelligence, and benchmarking insights to support strategic sourcing decisions.

• Ensure supplier contracts and procurement activities comply with internal policies, governance requirements, and applicable regulations.

• Track category performance, supplier KPIs, and savings initiatives, providing data-driven insights to leadership.

• Support Logistics and other indirect procurement categories as needed; experience in Logistics sourcing is a plus but not a primary focus of the role.

What will you bring?

• At least 5+ years of experience in Global Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, or Category Management, with strong experience managing IT categories.

• Proven track record of developing category strategies, negotiating contracts, and delivering measurable cost savings and business value.

• Experience sourcing IT categories such as software, SaaS, cloud services, hardware, telecommunications, and professional services.

• Strong supplier relationship management, negotiation, analytical, and project management skills.

• Experience working with global stakeholders across regions and cultures in a matrixed organization.

• Proficiency with procurement platforms such as SAP Ariba, Coupa, or similar tools, along with spend analytics solutions such as Power BI or Tableau.

• Knowledge of supplier risk management, contract compliance, and procurement best practices.

• Exposure to Logistics procurement, transportation, or supply chain categories is an added advantage.

• Strong communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.

Preferred Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. MBA or procurement certification is preferred.
