What you'll do?

• Lead supply chain governance, compliance, audits, policies, and process excellence

• Provide strong operational governance across procurement, sales, and supply chain functions to support EMS scale operations

• Establish robust compliance controls for procurement and documentation discipline

• Manage logistics, material planning, and inventory optimization to ensure uninterrupted operations

• Oversee import planning, export documentation, and customs clearance while ensuring trade compliance

• Ensure warehouse excellence through inventory control, min-max management, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and MIS reporting

• Use advanced MS Office tools for analysis, reporting, and decision support

• Ensure 100% import/export compliance with zero major customs or regulatory violations

• Achieve >98% material availability and >99% OTIF customer delivery performance

• Ensure complete control over material planning, invoicing, and accounting reconciliation with 100% transaction accuracy

• Strengthen cross-functional collaboration to support business growth, operational excellence, and working capital optimization

• Manage seamless import/export operations while ensuring customs compliance

• Improve supply chain visibility, planning accuracy, and delivery performance

• Maintain strong control over material planning, invoicing, and accounting practices
