What Will You Do?

• Lead supply chain governance, compliance, and process excellence initiatives across procurement, logistics, and warehouse operations.

• Manage end-to-end import and export activities, ensuring compliance with customs regulations, trade laws, and company policies.

• Drive effective material planning and inventory optimization to ensure uninterrupted production and operational continuity.

• Oversee logistics operations, warehouse management, stock accuracy, cycle counting, and inventory control processes.

• Establish robust procurement controls and documentation practices to strengthen compliance and audit readiness.

• Monitor and improve supply chain performance through MIS reporting, data analysis, and continuous process improvement initiatives.

• Ensure high levels of material availability and on-time customer deliveries while optimizing working capital.

• Manage invoicing, reconciliation, and transaction accuracy across supply chain operations.

• Coordinate closely with customers, cross-functional teams, warehouse personnel, and external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

• Support audits, governance reviews, and risk management activities while maintaining a strong culture of compliance.

What Will You Bring?

• 8 to12 years of experience in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Procurement, or Materials Management.

• Strong expertise in supply chain governance, procurement compliance, and import/export operations.

• Hands-on experience in customs regulations, trade compliance, logistics management, and warehouse operations.

• Proven experience in material planning, inventory management, ERP systems, and supply chain analytics.

• Strong understanding of audit processes, risk management, invoicing, and accounting reconciliation.

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office applications for reporting, analysis, and decision-making.

• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and collaborate effectively across functions.

• Strong ownership mindset with excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline.

• Certifications such as CLTD, CSCP, or International Trade & Compliance will be an added advantage.

• Fluency in English and Hindi, with flexibility to adapt to changing business priorities and work requirements.

Preferred Qualification : Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
